I just happened into the recipe looking for dinner ideas tonight and gave it a shot….it has to be the BEST entree I’ve ever made! It’s absolutely delicious…and the flavour should be even better tomorrow. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

great. i’m using part of your veg curry formula as a base (onion-tomato mash) to add to what my indian food friend has already taught me. will see how it goes.
