Success!

We had a 100% successful dutch oven dinner tonight.

My seven-year old made root beer brownies:

The lasagna that I made tonight was the most complicated dish to date. I was very pleased that it came out perfect.

Both of these recipes came from the Winter 2008 edition of Dutch Oven News, the newsletter of the International Dutch Oven Society.
